Frozen Foot 2019 Summary

Thank you to all the participants of the 2019 Series!!! The proceeds raised will be used to help fund a trip to help with the rebuilding efforts in Volusia County FL. This area continues to work towards recovery after being hit by hurricanes in both 2016 and 2017.

I would like to give a special thanks to a group of participants that made donations beyond the money paid for registration. Your extra donations are greatly appreciated.   So Thank you……Sydney Tefft, Stephen Fean, John Gilbert, Paula Lehman, Dan Hoffmeier, Richard Troutman, Frederick Kohler, Joshua Thompson, and Dean Newswanger. There are six others who wish to be anonymous. You know who you are and Thank you!

Series results are posted. They are again calculated cross country style based on overall finish position. Consideration was also given to best overall pace.

We are looking forward to 2020.  I am working to set the dates.  When finalized the Run Signup site will be back. We had a lot of changes in 2019. I have heard several comments that some participants like the start and finish in the parking lot. It had some advantages for traffic control.  Let me know your thoughts!

If you are looking for other races this year we will be back with a bigger and better Great Turkey Hunt on Thanksgiving morning. Proceeds will again go to ECHOS to help local families at during the holiday season. We have the Blue Jay 5K on Homecoming weekend here at Etown College. I am also working on another longer race that may just be SCARY!
