About This Race
———Race Announcement———
It is with great disappointment that I have to announce that due to the potential winter weather the College campus will be closed beginning 5:00 pm Saturday 1/19/19 and running through Sunday 1/20/19. Because of this we are unable to run Race 1 of the 2019 Series. Finishers of Race 2 will earn two finishers medals. We encourage all participants to run the first race virtually and send your result and distance to us. We will track everyone’s results.The Series results will be calculated using the results from race 2 and race 3.
Anyone registered for just race 1 will be moved to race 2 unless we hear you wish to be registered for the 3rd race. These requests must be submitted through the contact form at www.appliedracemgmt.com.

This is the 30th running of the Frozen Foot Races
The race dates are:
January 20th, February 17th and March 17th.
All races start at 2:00 pm on the campus of Elizabethtown College.
New this year……we have finisher medals for all three races. If you put all three medals together you can build yourself a snowman
We have lots of the same too. Awards for individual events and the series, long sleeved tech shirts for those registered by the first event, hot soup after the race and lots more

We have individual event awards for the overall male and female winners, masters male and female and age group awards, in each of our 5 year age groups. Series awards are also given for the overall male and female winners, masters male and female winners and the first three in each of our 5 year age groups. Series prize money is given for overall male and female winners and masters male and female winners.
Individual race awards
Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, Age group awards for these age groups. 13 & under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60- 69, 70 and over.
Series awards
Overall Male and Female (Cash), Overall Masters Male and Female (Cash)
Age group awards for these age groups. 13 & under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60- 69, 70 and over.
Series scoring
The Series awards are scored cross country style by overall race finish position. The race distance you participate in does not matter. Tie breaker is by overall time.
Registration Fees
Series Registration is $75 through 12/15/18 and $ 80 after.
Single race registration is $30 (shirt subject to availability at the 3rd race)
